ABOUT

Vernetta Mitchell
Managing Member

For over 11 years I was a key member of a disparity study consulting firm on over 30 disparity studies including:

  • New York City, NY - largest in the country in dollar volume.

  • State of Texas - largest in the country for number of departments and agencies included.

  • City of Charlottesville/Albemarle County, VA - disproportionate minority contact and disparity study in the adult criminal justice

My professional knowledge of minority, women, and small business programs extends from  qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis to policy and program evaluation and creation to contract compliance.  My experience includes program management of MWSBE programs within local government and in the private sector, and designing and performing disparity studies for federal, state, and local clients across the country.

In addition, my in-depth knowledge of procurement processes, to include, but not limited to construction management at risk, qualification based solicitation, e.g. request for qualifications (RFQ), request for proposals (RFP), fosters creativity for broader diversity and inclusion of socially and economically disadvantaged firms.

My skills are enhanced by my advanced skills in  project management, project scheduling, analytical reporting, facilitation, and public relations.

As a United State Air Force veteran, I live day-to-day with dedication to getting the job done with integrity.
