My professional knowledge of minority, women, and small business programs extends from qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis to policy and program evaluation and creation to contract compliance. My experience includes program management of MWSBE programs within local government and in the private sector, and designing and performing disparity studies for federal, state, and local clients across the country.
In addition, my in-depth knowledge of procurement processes, to include, but not limited to construction management at risk, qualification based solicitation, e.g. request for qualifications (RFQ), request for proposals (RFP), fosters creativity for broader diversity and inclusion of socially and economically disadvantaged firms.
